Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ZenoLaunch ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Service Description

ZenoLaunch provides digital services including but not limited to:

Web design and development
Mobile application development
E-commerce solutions
Business registration services
Digital marketing services
Consulting services

All services are provided on a project basis as agreed upon in individual service agreements.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information as required for the service
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service

Payments and Refunds

Pricing: All service fees will be outlined in your service proposal or agreement. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for ongoing services.

Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. In general:

Deposits for projects are non-refundable once work has commenced
Subscription services may be canceled at any time with 30 days notice
Refunds for unsatisfactory work must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Intellectual Property

Client Materials: Any materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, all final deliverables created specifically for the client become the property of the client.

ZenoLaunch Property: All proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials used in providing the services remain the exclusive property of ZenoLaunch.

We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZenoLaunch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
